The U.K. Startup visa program has been operational since March 29, 2019, allowing non-graduates to apply for this program. This new Start-up visa, recently introduced by endorsement organizations, assesses the eligibility of applications for sponsorship and endorsement. For a UK Start-up visa, the applicant is required to pay a visa application fee of £363 for processing. On the other hand, applying for a UK Innovator visa will incur a fee of £1,021.

Specific prerequisites must be met before applying for this visa program. To achieve this, you must:
- Be citizens of non-EEA countries
- Own a substantial business idea that might benefit the UK economy
- Must be endorsed by one of the UK government-designated endorsement organizations

- A minimum CEFR B2 level in reading, writing, listening and speaking as determined by an authorized English language exam.

UK INNOVATOR VISA
For individuals possessing exceptional business acumen and a desire to establish a company in the U.K., the Innovator category offers the ideal pathway for them and their families to relocate to the U.K.
Conditions:
- Obtaining a visa valid for three years, with the possibility to seek to extend your stay for a further three years, gives you a chance for indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom.
- Developing a company should be the exclusive focus of your efforts.
- You are not allowed to work for anybody else outside your company.
- Available funds must total at least £50,000 before applying.
- It must be the first company the founder has started in the U.K.

- A valid, up-to-date computerized passport with blank pages in it to stamp the visa
- Report of Tuberculosis test
- Supporting papers, if they are not already in English or Welsh, and a certified translation into English.

- A bank statement showing £1270 savings that have been holding for a consecutive period
- Letter of support from relevant endorsing bodies
- Certification of English Language Proficiency at the CEFR Level B2 for All Four Modules (5.5 bands)
Obtaining a letter of recommendation from one of the recognized endorsement organizations is a pivotal step in the application process for this visa. While some organizations offer this service at no cost, others may charge a fee.
